Instructions have been given to all departments to review whether temporary spaces that have been filled for more than three years are eligible to be made permanent and at the end of the review, all temporary areas that are eligible to be made permanent.  From time to time, proposals are also made in the finance department by all the administrative departments of the Secretariat for the conversion of such temporary premises into their department and subordinate offices.  The Finance Department also approves the necessary approvals for such proposals.  But many temporary places at the Hajipan Secretariat's administrative departments and their subordinate offices seem to be converted into permanent ones. 

 It is administratively necessary to convert such temporary spaces into permanent ones.  So that questions about moving and cancellation of spaces will be reduced.  As such, all the administrative departments of the Secretariat and their subordinate offices are asked to take action on the conversion of the occupied temporary space into permanent space.  The proposal for a proposal to convert temporary spaces into permanent space should be completed easily and quickly, and a routine sample checklist for such proposals is included with this purpose so that further inquiries can be avoided.  As such, all the administrative departments of the Secretariat as well as the heads of departments / offices are instructed to take action on the advice of the concerned Financial Advisor, in accordance with the regular inspection checklist attached thereto.
