Application for lssue of Replacement Elector's Photo ldentity Card (EPIC)

 The card is one of the preferred documents for any citizen.  This is considered to be the largest document, especially for those over 18 years of age.  You can vote with a voter ID which means that after being declared for this card, you are registered in the voter list.  This address and proof of identity are used in banking, electricity, telephone connection etc.

 🔹Must apply with document

 As per the rules, if your voter ID card is torn, stolen or lost, you will be declared a duplicate card.  You have to apply for it yourself and by following the procedure you can get it a second time instantly.  For that you have to apply to your election officer with the required documents.

 🔹 Apply for Water ID

▪️First click on 'Issue  new of Replacement Chutani card Photo identity Card'.

 ▪️Now click on Continue.  Then a form will open in front of you in which you have to fill in the required information.  In the form you will be asked for state and assembly constituency information.

 ▪️After clicking Next, another interface will open in front of you in which you will be asked for the application name, surname, date of birth, email, mobile number and EPIC number.  You will then be asked for information about family members other than the full address, police area, area pin code, town or village name.

 ▪️You will be asked for a reason to create a duplicate water ID.  Then you have to select the place where you want to collect the water ID.  If you want to order your own card at home, you have to select 'i wish to receive my EPIC by Post'.  You will then have your water card delivered to your home.
