A letter of call for the Primary Examination (call letter) of Gujarat Administrative Service, Class-II, Gujarat Civil Service, Class-II and Class-II and Gujarat Municipal Chief Officer Service Class-II, organized by Gujarat Public Service Commission (GPSC), will be issued tomorrow. Can be downloaded from 1:00 pm to 27/09/2019.
The preliminary examination will be held on Sunday, October 13
- The Commission has decided to allow all the candidates whose application forms are confirmed in the above advertisement to be temporarily present in this test. The relevant candidates of the above advertisement will have to download "Online" their admit card and candidates' instructions (Appendix - 1 & 2) from 12:00 noon to 10:00 am on the date indicated in column 5. Candidates have to take the following steps / stepwise procedure to download the admit card “Online” (1) https: / / gpsc - ojas. gujarat. gov. Going in, (2) click on "Call Letter / Form">> "Preliminary Exam Call Letter". (3) Here the candidate has to select his / her Job and type "Confirmation Number" and "Birth Date". (4) Now click on “Print Call Letter” and print the admit card. Clicking “click” on Annexure-1 and Appendix-2 inside the note in the admit card will print out the candidate’s instructions for Annexure-1 and Appendix-2. Make sure that all of these documents are printed correctly. Admit Card and Appendix - 1 & 2 to be printed on separate paper. Candidates who are not clearly visible in the photo admit card of the candidates will have to bring their latest passport size photo to the examination center.
The photo must be accompanied by a photo ID to indicate that the candidate is his own. Note: - Candidates who appear in the examination room at 9:30 am on the day of the primary test are notable. These candidates have received a process charge of Rs. Rs. 500 / Rock to be paid. Only then will you be allowed to download the passport. Whose respective candidates should take note. Candidates whose application forms are confirmed and the application fee is filled within the time limit, but the application form is not downloaded or the message of "Application Not Found" is posted on the website along with proof of application during the office hours during the next working day of the examination.
